I’ve given Mr. Hand Wash multiple chances, and unfortunately, almost every single time I come here, there is something I’m unhappy with. The quality of the work is consistently disappointing, and the customer service is even worse. At this point, I definitely would not recommend this location. If you’re looking for a better option, I strongly recommend Super Sonic RVC Hand Car Wash instead. They do a much better job, take their time, and the overall experience is far better. Save your money and your frustration and go to Super Sonic RVC instead of Mr. Hand Wash.

I paid $76 plus tax & admin fees total 78.26 and the customer service was horrible and on top of that they didn’t clean my vehicle fully for the service I paid for. I put cash tip in the box and the guy got really mad when he was finish with my vehicle and he was expecting more tips with horrible service. They need to have more good customer service where they actually deserve tips for customer satisfaction.

I would give zero stars if I could. I got my car washed today (04/07/2026 at 5:06 PM) at Mr. Hand Wash and paid $95.54 for the Ultimate VIP wash. I drive a Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 Coupe, and after the wash, I noticed fresh scratches on my vehicle that were not there before. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, he was very dismissive and showed no concern about the damage. It was obvious the scratches were fresh you can clearly tell but instead of addressing the issue, he brushed it off. For the amount of money I paid, I expected quality service and care, not damage to my car and poor customer service. I will never return to this place. I’m very disappointed. I do not recommend this place. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU DON’T WANT YOUR CAR SCRATCHED. Part #2 I’m only editing to add part 2 here since I can’t reply to my review. For anyone reading this review, I want to be clear about what actually happened. After the owner replied telling me to contact him to resolve the issue, I did exactly that. I emailed him and even took time out of my day to bring my car back so he could inspect it in person. After all that, I was told the scratches were not caused by them and nothing was done to

I recently visited this car wash and overall had a very good experience. The entrance is a bit tight and the area can feel congested, especially when it is busy. It is also on the pricier side compared to other car washes I have been to, which is why I am giving four stars instead of five. Oh they also add $3 surchage even if you have mini suv like Rav4 or NX, etc. That said, I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the wash. Even though I selected the exterior wash only, my car came out extremely clean, shiny, and polished. The finish looked great, and the shine really stood out. That alone makes it worth considering a return visit. They also have a well stocked store inside with car accessories, air fresheners, detailing products, snacks, and even a coffee area. It is convenient if you want to pick up something while waiting. Despite the tight entrance and higher pricing, the actual car wash quality exceeded my expectations. I will likely return mainly because of how great my car looked after the wash. If you do not mind paying a little extra for a strong exterior shine, this place delivers.

Wish i could give them zero star. so I’ve been a customer of this carwash for years! They were super trustworthy back a few years ago this was my to go place for car washes for both my husband & myself. Anyway not sure what happened but it’s not the same from those few years ago. I left with permanent scratches to my car that I’m probably going to have to spend money to fix, i purchased the highest car wash premium which is 100 dollars which is like a mini car detail i was told, when i left with my car it was super wet i mean absolutely soak on the inside to the point i went home with soak pants from The wet seats. no paper was added for the inside as most car wash would do and provide. they didn’t vacuum the inside of my car and plus did i mention the scratches to my back of trunk area swirl like scratches super deep as if my car was getting rubbed with rocks 🪨. Crazy since this place advertised handwashing. I didn’t get all the service i paid for it was a rush job! To the point guy grab my receipt that day after saying my car was ready they realized they didn’t even do everything they didn’t even do the tires also, no rainx & no vacuum! nothing but soak car that wasn’t clean prop
